I don’t have any particular stories or anecdotes that I can think of, but we have absolutely loved babywearing and the best thing about it is that it doesn’t restrict you when out and about in the way that a pushchair can, and does. My babyhawk has been a life saver at airports, as we are fairly frequent fliers, and I can’t imagine why anyone would want or attempt to get through an airport without their infant or toddler in a sling. So much easier than the alternatives! Our mei tai made traveling around London when we lived there so simple compared to mum’s trying to get pushchairs on the bus and was great on holiday in San Francisco too.
Our second baby is due very shortly and I am really looking forward to getting those really close new born cuddles you only get when babywearing!
