Get Your Hands Back is for everyone. We’ve started it off – but we need all kinds of support to make it work, and to encourage babywearing in the UK. There are loads of ways you can get involved – we’ve listed some of them below – but if you have another great idea we can help with, or get involved with, please get in touch.

Some of the ways you can get involved are:

• Review a sling – we always love to hear different opinions about different slings – you never know – your comments might be the deciding factor in someone finding their perfect sling
• Tell us your stories or show us your pictures. We’re always looking for great stories and photos of UK babywearing
• Tell your friends about babywearing – send them a link to here to find out more
